Meet Our Founder
Adelyn Ng Yih Jia – Founder & Lead TCM Practitioner
I come from a family with four to five decades of TCM heritage, a legacy that began with my grandfather and shaped my earliest memories. Growing up in this environment nurtured my intuition and lifelong passion for healing through acupuncture and traditional medicine.
With over 15 years of clinical experience, I refined my skills through professional training in China and Taiwan yearly, learning from respected institutions such as Tian Jing TCM hospital, Taipei Tzu chi Hospital. These experiences shaped my philosophy: healing must be precise, personalised, and delivered with sincerity.
I founded AcuPlus in 2016 with a simple vision to elevate TCM into a modern, premium healing experience. In just a few years, thanks to the trust and referrals of our patients, AcuPlus has expanded into three branches across Kuala Lumpur.
The name AcuPlus represents our promise: acupuncture plus a higher standard of care, comfort, and results. Our strong emphasis on home-visit services comes from understanding the real challenges faced by seniors, postpartum mothers, bedridden individuals, and busy families. Quality care should reach those who need it most.
My commitment is to honour my family’s legacy while delivering TCM with the precision, warmth, and excellence our patients deserve.
